On January 17th, local Hotel / Motel owners met with the Osoyoos RCMP and Town officials to work together to prevent crime. By using good business practices such as proper guest registration and by enhancing the Police and Hotel / Motel communication, criminals will lose the ability to stay in Osoyoos hotels anonymously. The RCMP would like to thank the Hotel / Motel owners for their partnership and support of this Community Policing initiative.
Anyone with information to assist the Police with any of the above matters is asked to call the Osoyoos RCMP at (250) 495-7236 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
