Holly Plante of Osoyoos has been elected as the new President of the South Okanagan Chamber of Commerce.

The annual meeting featured the regular business, a presentation by Community Futures and Economic Gardening and the 2012 Excellence Awards.
Profile of new President: Holly Plante completed her Bachelor of Management through the University of Lethbridge and has been in marketing for twelve years, and owned an agency for seven years. In January of 2010 Pulse Group purchased Holly’s agency Freckle Creative and since then Holly has worked as a Brand Manager. Holly lives in Osoyoos and helps to support clients throughout the South Okanagan. Over the last 8 years Holly has supported over 200 businesses with brand development and with her team’s support helped to create the new South Okanagan Chamber of Commerce brand.
