Zach Poturica (right), the B.C. Liberals’ riding president in Boundary-Similkameen has announced he will not continue.
“Effective immediately I’m stepping down as riding president for the Liberals:
“I’m not alone,” added Poturica on Twitter, who said three to four other members of the riding executive are stepping down too.
“I’m disappointed in the way this party mislead us.”
“Another resignation tonight from Boundary-Similkameen, Riding VP has now left, count is now 4 including MLA from Party
Incredibly disappointed by the actions of a select few today, this decision has affected many friendships I have made over the years
Just received word the Boundary-Similkameen BC Liberals Riding Assoc. Secretary has resigned as well
Frustrated & disappointed are two words I feel sum up my feelings for the BC Liberals today, they’ve tried to put blame all on us
Today the party tried to put the blame on my MLA and our executive, perhaps if they’d communicate with us we wouldn’t be in this position
I’m not alone, 3-4 other members of my Riding Exec. are stepping down too, I’m disappointed in the way this party mislead us”
