New man on the Parks Board

dennis22Dennis Magoffin and his wife Linda retired to Oliver and got involved in many activities at the Oliver Parks and Recreation Centre.

Now RDOS Director Allan Patton has appointed him to the board of directors replacing Gary Dell as a rural appointee.

Dennis comes to the board with over 20 years of recreation experience in the Armstrong area.

He joins Terry Baptiste – OIB, Tamela Edwards – SD #53 and  five others appointed by local government – Bill Eggert, Tom Fortune, Councillor Dave Mattes, Shiela Lange (Chair) and Larry Clarke (Vice-Chair).
