Too bad it wasn’t a pic of the 54′ aerial tower lift used on Toronto’s fire-boat the Wm. Lyon Mackenzie. Trump Ltd manufactured that aerial lift in 1963.   I’d be interested in any such pics if they are around, since I am documenting everything about the Mackenzie as part of a 1:24 scale model build.

The fire boat is equipped with:

  • aerial tower – 54′ Amador/Trump Limited Giraffe (refubrished 2004)

It is the main fireboat for the City of Toronto‘s Fire Services. Built in Owen Sound, Ontario by Russel Brothers Limited.
