Design & Maintenance of Website

Purpose:

  • The Oliver Parks and Recreation Society invite proposals for the development and maintenance of the Oliver Parks and Recreation Society’s website.

Bid Requirements/Site Revision:

  • Straight-forward navigation
  • Proposals must provide creative ideas and suggestions that will change and enhance the appearance of the current website (graphic redesign-clean, simple, aesthetically pleasing, modern)
  • The website must include detailed information about Parks and Recreation services/programs and community events
  • The website must be maintained on a regular basis, which includes the implementation of the Parks and Recreation leisure guide, new programs and community events
  • The website must include a variety of pictures of the Parks and Recreation community park landscape and program activities
  • Ongoing support required

The proposal should include a cover letter, examples of current website development/maintenance and annual costs. All enquiries related to this proposal can be directed, in writing by fax or email to the contact persons listed below.
