Well deserved recognition

The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal is a tangible way for Canada to honour    significant contributions and achievements by Canadians.

During this year of celebrations, 60,000 deserving Canadians from across the country and various walks of life will be recognized.

Janet Shaw served 8 years with Okanagan University College being chair for the period 2006-2009.

Mrs. Shaw served as Mayor of Logan Lake and is presently the President of the Desert Valley Hospice Society.
