Two public hearings held at same venue last night – Elks Hall

1. Changes to municipal bylaws on Manufactured Home Parks – about thirty people attended – all from Tradewinds Estates. That group assured that the bylaw changes will not affect their rights as tenants with mobile/manafactured homes on leased/rented pads. Bylaws move forward to next regular council meeting for next reading.

2. Change to zoning of two lots on Lakeshore Drive north of Rotary Beach. – 2 residents expressed some concerns about changing the zoning from origian AG zoning to residential. One lot has a large home on it already and the second lot is set to be built on soon. The bylaw moves to the next regular council meeting for its next reading.
