Heavy equipment working most of Thursday bringing down the 2nd CKOK building in Penticton on Nanaimo Street.

The last radio station to use the building was Great Valleys Radio CIGV.

For oldtimers – CKOK set up studios in the 100 block Main Street before 1950, moving first to the Nanaimo studios as it grew and ended up on Carmi Avenue – which continues to house radio studios.
