View looking north towards dam at McIntrye Bluff. Detour road being built. Existing ditch filled in with debris etc but the area will be paved over so that once detour is in place traffic can find its way for three full months as a box culvert is constructed under roadway that will be widened for passing lanes. Flume from dam must be re-constructed and functioning by April 1st. Road widening follows that part of the construction project.
