On November 15th, an Osoyoos RCMP Officer observed a car driving South Bound on 89th Street in Osoyoos at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was stopped by Police and the Driver showed signs of alcohol impairment. As a result of the impaired driving investigation the 44 year old female driver from Osoyoos received a 90 day driving prohibition and her vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
On November 13th, a burned out vehicle was reported to the Police. Police examined the truck which was located on Anarchist Mountain and determined it was a black 2008 Ford Ranger which had been stolen on November 7th, from Cottonwood Drive. The vehicle was a courtesy car from a local Osoyoos business.
