Now the real story this group of ladies baking three weeks worth of supplies at the Oliver Bakery for the OES muffin program that runs Mondays and Tuesday each week. The ladies represent both the Oliver Lioness club and the Oliver Elks.

They baked 57 dozen per session – Banana, Blueberry, Chocolate Chip/Banana, and Apple/ Carrot. This is the 2nd year for this group of ladies doing this volunteer work.

Juice and a muffin for all those students each week. Supplies are purchased by Mike Safek, Principal of OES, the Bakery supplied by Wayne and Dianna and of course the volunteers.

Final note some of the ladies were cleaning up the kitchen at the Oliver Community Hall until 11pm last night after the Fire Department event. Thanks to volunteers.
