Trovato’s Mobile Juicing is a new approach to getting the golden liquid into a container for easy consumption at home.
The $150,000 plus rig will work all day Thursday in Oliver on Road 15 to make a lot of juice, cleaning, goring, crushing, juicing and packaging it in a plastic storage units similar to wine sold in bulk at the liquor store.
