Bettison Road is on the list to be overlayed before asphalt shuts down this year. The Town of Oliver is contributing to the project because of the pipe laying (twinning) project and MOTi is also participating with Peter Brothers scheduled to do the work.

The Town originally was avoiding patching the road in places when the whole road really needed an upgrade and thought that contributing to the overall fix would be a better use of money.
