Members of the Oliver Kiwanis Club assembled for a picture as they gave a cheque in the amount of $2400 to the McKinney Nordic Ski Club. The money will go towards better shelters for cross country skiers including the school children that participate each year on the hill. Pictured below students in training.

McKinney Nordic Ski Club is located 10 km from Mt. Baldy on the McKinney Rd (or 27 km from Oliver). There are 14 km of cross-country trails, with a variety of levels of difficulty. The trails are groomed and trackset regularly by our volunteer groomer operators with a Bombardier Snow Cat. There is an outhouse on site, but no lodge. Dogs are not allowed on the ski trails. Trail maps are posted at all junctions.
