The 2011 Spirit of Oliver Volunteer Recognition Awards Luncheon will be held on Saturday, September 15th.

The recipients are as follows:

Winner, ADULT Category – SALLY FRANKS (pictured above)

Winner, GROUP Category  – COMMUNITIES IN BLOOM COMMITTEE

Winner, YOUTH Category –  Nikki Brar, Carly Craik, and Gagan Ganger

All three outgoing Youth Ambassadors are to receive this award.

This is a Town of Oliver annual event and the Mayor of Oliver Ron Hovanes will preside at this civic function.

Congratulations to the winners – all well deserved work in 2011.
