The 2012-2013 Rotary Exchange Student, Josh Delloro arrived from the Philippines yesterday.  He was spotted out with Blaine & Kate enjoying his first A & W Car Show that was held Wednesday.

Josh is looking forward to making many new friends in Oliver.
