Structurlam of Penticton plans to open an outlet in the General Coach building September 1st hiring 24 workers. In a statement released to the press Structurlam President Bill Downing says Oliver was chosen as it has the space that his company does not have in OK Falls or Penticton. It is the intent of the company to make a specialized product that there is a heavy demand for in Canada.

Recently the company advertised for workers including millwrights, press operators, panel finishers and others.
