Over the weekend three ladies selected to represent BC. Event held in Merritt for the 13th year. Twelve candidates competed for the crowns this weekend from B.C. communities.
Carly Henniger of Trail, Mariah Morris or Castlegar and Acacia Schmietenknop of Kamloops (Miss Kamloops 2008) were the winners.

Juliana told ODN:
“I did not win a title; however I was placed top 5 for both knowledge exam and talent marks. It was very stiff competition this year and I gave it my all, as did the other girls. Not a single person in the crowd could tell who would be crowned until the awards were given out. The girls who were chosen are amazing and will be fantastic representatives of BC. I will be putting up my community table that I built at the Oliver Ambassador Pageant next weekend for people to see.”
Come to our Oliver Ambassador Pageant this coming weekend to meet the winner and see all the 2012 Oliver candidates.
