I frequent the water station (Pure Water) that is located next to the old Fields store (across from the Chevron).  I noticed the other day that the coin machine at Pure Water does not accept the newer lightweight toonies and loonies.  Called the vendor and he stated that it is a problem across the country, very costly to all vendors to have to change their machines.  So anyone getting water from the station should be aware that it does not accept the new coins.  The vendor is working on it, but it could be some time.   According to the news reports the new loonies and toonies (although cheaper to make) are costing vendors millions in changing their machines.
