Brett Malcom, acting on behalf of the estate of his father Robin, has asked the Town of Oliver to include the property directly south of the new mall in its boundaries.

Council will discuss the matter on Monday. The land has been a farm but because of the size is not consider ALR controlled.

The Town Manager has recommended that any possible extension be deferred until 2013 when a growth boundary study is concluded with the RDOS.
