Tablets and eReaders are becoming increasingly popular and affordable. But choosing the right one and learning how to use it can be daunting. The Oliver Friends of the Library are hosting a program at the Okanagan Regional Library’s Oliver Branch called “Everything you wanted to know about eReaders and More…” to be held on Saturday, May 12 at 10 a.m. Real eReaders users will be there with a variety of devices so you can learn about the pros and cons of each type of reader, and also learn how to download free content from the library system. Refreshments and a question/answer period will follow.
This program is free, but registration is required. Call the branch at 250-498-2242 or check their webpage at www.orl.bc.ca/branches/oliver for more information.
