In February Ms. Prior was told that her best bet for action was to contact the RCMP about speed and safety issues. 71st is an arterial roadway that sits on the border of Town jurisdiction on the west and Highways Department jurisdiction to the east. Tucelnuit Drive is not a residential road but is used by heavy trucks moving north and south to wineries and other industrial locations on the corridor. The RCMP was encouraged to do more traffic control in the area.
