It has been confirmed that the sale on the General Coach building was completed last week and three Penticton area businesmen are the proud owners of the old Trump Manufacturing site at 310 Coop Avenue.
One tenant SO Deck and Rail has moved into the building adjacent to Station St.
The owners are looking to modify some parts of the building. Several local businesses have expressed an interest in relocating to the plant.
One of the partners Trent Sismey says the building was purchased for $600,000 and the partnership is still hoping to attract an Alberta company that manufactures high end homes that can be built in a factory and shipped to locations in the west.
Sismey says efforts continue to sell Oliver as the right place to be.
