I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the feed change from Spokane to Seattle, unfortunately we are unable to disclose how many inquiries we have received regarding this change.

As part of EastLink’s ongoing commitment to provide customers with the best Digital TV experience, the Oliver & Osoyoos systems have undergone a few changes including some recent feed changes.

This will enable a number of video enhancements including:

·         Improvements to the channel line-up over the next couple of months with more entertainment including:

o   Video On Demand

o   Multi-Room DVR

o   High Definition

o   Specialty Channels

o   Premium Programming

o   New Theme packages

In anticipation of the video upgrade, the FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC and PBS feeds have changed from Spokane to Seattle to be consistent with all other upgraded systems in Alberta and BC. Daytime programming on each channel may change as a result but in many cases the same programs will still exist in a different time slot.
