Fifteen people braved the cold to learn more about the Green Cone composter Thursday evening. Cameron Baughen, the Solid Waste Management Coordinator for the RDOS, discussed the advantages of the Green Cone (you can put ALL food waste AND dogwaste in it, with no insult to your nose)  and described his own use of the cone.
