Mam Sambath, executive director of DPA (Development and Partnership in Action), a small non governmental organization in Cambodia, speaks to the History 12 class at SOSS on Friday. He spoke of rural development issues in Cambodia, of residual land mines left over from the Khmer Rouge era in 1979, and of political and social issues facing Cambodia today. His presentation of 30 minutes was followed by over an hour of questions from the students.
