Rhoda is the Manager of the Visitor’s Information Centre in Oliver – which is operated by the OTA. About 25 people attended the AGM – OTA states it has 72 members.
One big project this year is the ‘lure” brochure that is being printed and will be distributed throughout the province – a top class glossy magazine on the Oliver area. This will be twice as big as the one in the previous year.
Overall association budget approved for almost $137 thousand up from $83 thousand in 2011. The 2012 budget anticipates more involvement from the private sector in funding activities.
