‘Youth Cares’ hosted a girls’ night at Medici’s Gelateria and Coffee House on Friday, March 2nd. The event was a huge success with face painting, arts and crafts, music entertainment and Henna tattoos.

The girls raised $352.39 which will go towards sponsoring a girl from India through Plan Canada’s ‘Because I am a girl campaign’. This foundation works towards improving the lives of women around the world.

The girls of ‘Youth Cares’ aspire to keep fundraising and are busy planning another fun event for the spring.
