On March 7, 2012, at approximately 1544 hrs, RCMP responded to a single vehicle MVI roll over located on Black Sage Road, Oliver. On arrival, a damaged 2006 Toyota Corolla was located at scene however, the driver was not located.  Subsequent investigation resulted in the Registered Owner being located at his residence.  The owner was intoxicated but uninjured.  No charges related to the consumption of alcohol were available due to the circumstances. Violation tickets for: No Drivers Licence, Fail To Remain at Scene and Drive Without Due Care and Attention.

On March 10, 2012 a resident in the area of the 33000 block of 121st Street reported the theft of some horse show tack from a trailer on her property.  This tack is valued at $2000.
