Here’s a photo of our tax dollars being wasted. After the first snowfall last November, a 3 meter chunk of curb had been ripped up by a snowplow in front of our house. In early January, they placed sandbags there to stop any water flowing downhill from coming into our yard and potentially our house. Thankfully, it’s been a dry winter until this morning’s snow. Then the snowplow struck again this morning taking out another meter and a half of asphalt curb and most of the sandbags. Now the sandbags and more of the curb will have to be replaced.
