The Okanagan District Senior Mens and Ladies curling championships are being hosted Sunday at the Oliver Curling Center. Play began at 9:00 this morning and continues at 2:00 pm if needed.
Four men’s teams from Kelowna, Vernon and Kamloops and 2 ladies teams from Penticton and Salmon Arm are vying for places at the Provincial Championships to be held in February. The level of curling is really spectacular and would be exciting for all spectators, whether you are curlers or not. Feel free to drop in to the curling club at any time to view the action, either from the downstairs or upstairs viewing areas. All are welcome!
