June 9 1934 – January 9 2012

Guy Tougas son of Arthur Tougas and Hermine Champagne, late of Penticton passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012. Guy had been living among friends and caretakers at his home on 99th Street in Oliver for the past many years, prior to which he had lived in Penticton and St. Boniface, Manitoba. He was born in Ste.-Anne-des-Chênes, Manitoba. Guy was an avid sports fan and beloved of his parents and siblings. He was also a favourite among his nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sisters Thérèse (Ritchot-Locher) and Anita (Gagné) and his brothers, Fernand and Claude. His brother Ernest survives him.

A funeral mass will be celebrated by Fr. Gabriel at 11:00 A.M. January 17, 2012 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Oliver. A reception will follow. Interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in Penticton with the remains of his parents and brothers.
