On January 11, 2012 at approximately 23:08 HRS a local business employee reported seeing a naked male running in the streets in the 35000 Block of 87th Street..  The male subject was later identified and was suffering from obvious signs of intoxication and the effects of cold weather.  This male subject was advised of the potential Criminal ramifications and appeared to understand his circumstance to where the investigating member determined that charges were not appropriate.  The public was not at risk in this incident although the identity of the male will be retained on file and re-occurrences will not be tolerated.
