Has the rural road renaming project been slowed? Have any new signs by the Highways Department gone up?

Seems the discussion has bogged down between RDOS and Highways Ministry on just how the system is designed to work in the rural area. The agreed upon system was for the river to be used as a dividing line as most Avenues/Roads do not cross the river. The provincial government ministry would have preferred that Highway 97 be the division between east and west. Lets hope they get the wrinkles out and the signs go up by January 1st.
