Two incumbent councillors, Margaret Chadsey and Ted Cronmiller were defeated. The following four persons were elected:

In Area A – Mark Pendergraft retains his seat beating Joe Simoes 221 to 169

In Area B Cawston – school district employee George Bush elected to replace George Hanson who stepped down

In Area D Okanagan Falls/Kaleden – Tom Siddon beat two challengers

In Grand Forks, former Oliver school graduate Brian Taylor continues as Mayor.
