The South Okanagan Similkameen Volunteer Centre partners with Oliver Parks and Recreation to post volunteer opportunities and information on a dedicated bulletin board hanging in the window of the community hall. The Oliver Handbell Ringers is a member of the Oliver Community Arts Council, which is a Volunteer Centre member. Membership in the Volunteer Centre is encouraged; limited opportunities to advertise for volunteers are provided to non-members.
