A tractor-trailer crashed beside Vaseux Lake. Part of the unit ended up in the water and some of it’s contents entered the lake.

The corner at Vaseux Lake has been the scene of several recent fatalities. Local politicians have pleaded with the Ministry of Highways for a safer corner with no results.
