RCMP have surrounded a residence near the intersection of 10th and Maple in Okanagan Falls where a man with a gun is refusing to surrunder.
Negotiators are on the scene. One report indicates a women was allowed out of the house with no injuries. Details are sketchy and ODN will keep you informed.
