Hunter Miller is at the Children’s Hospital in Vancouver. The Millers (above) are parishioners at our church and Hunter is part of our Grade 7 Confirmation/Catechism program.

The parish of Christ the King Catholic has always tried to extend a hand to help, in our church community or town community and this was no exception.

On Saturday October 15, we are holding an Oktoberfest Dinner/Dance and Silent Auction for Hunter.  It will be a small event, only 150 tickets, and will be held in our church hall. Anyone wishing to donate silent auction items can contact Lucy Riley 498 6765 any time. And Hunter’s Confirmation class will continue to help by collecting recycling material and organizing a spaghetti dinner in February.
