Gallagher Lake public open house

For Gallagher Lake and Vaseux Lake residents – the regional district is conducting an open house next Tuesday 4 to 7pm at room 1 and 2 at the Oliver Community Centre

Subject: Future of waste water facilities and services in areas surrounding both Vaseux and Gallagher lakes. Presentation to be given at 5, 6 and 7 pm by consultants.

Due to aging septic systems – committees for each areas have recommended the following:

1. Vaseux Lake – enhanced status quo

2. Gallagher Lake – connection to OIB sewage treatment plant as soon as possible.
