Communities in Bloom co-chair Betty Lou Trimmer-Bahnsen is upset that the owner of this building has left it in such rough shape following the departure of the Buy Low store.
Ms Trimmer-Bahnsen says a quick fix is to spray the building and clean up the window area and that might attract a tenant. She would like this done before October 1st when travellers come to Oliver for Festival of the Grape.
