Cassandra and Saige Carlson from Oliver will be joined by Lucas Penner and Dennis Nordlund for ‘New Stars on a Hot August Night’

Oliver and Penticton musicians will be performing at Medici’s on Friday, August 26, at 7:30 p.m.

This performance will be an evolution of western music with a tapestry of musical genres beginning in the 17th century and continuing until the present day. The music presented will be a mosaic of styles, performed as ensembles, piano solos, voice and piano and voice and guitar.

Repertoire will include baroque, classical, romantic, impressionistic, early 20th century, musical theatre, folksong, blues and original Canadian music.
