The property is north of the Welcome Inn on the same business road next to the creek. Owners of the property are Grant Stevely and Raymond Cyr who seek a rezoning from CT4 (Tourist Commercial) to General Commercial (Site Specific). Building plans include a structure of 510 sq. metres – 30% distillery and 70% retail sales with a 70 sq. metre home on second floor. The RDOS Area C area planning commission will consider the idea on Tuesday next.
