A rezoning application will be considered Tuesday for a piece of property at 39036 Highway 97 at Gallagher Lake. The property is north of the Welcome Inn on the same business road next to the creek. Owners of the property are Grant Stevely and Raymond Cyr who seek a rezoning from CT4 (Tourist Commercial) to General Commercial (Site Specific). Building plans include a  structure of  510 sq. metres – 30% distillery and 70% retail sales with a 70 sq. metre home on second floor. The RDOS Area C area planning commission will consider the idea on Tuesday next.
