Oliver Communities in Bloom will be visited and evaluated on July 19, 20 & 21/11
by Heather Edwards and Christine Gooch. These talented judges have volunteered as have others from all over the province and will be over the course of their visit be evaluating the Oliver Area according to the six criteria set up by BC Communities in Bloom.

HEATHER EDWARDS – Coquitlam.

Heather has been involved with Communities in Bloom forever! Starting in Saskatchewan, she has judged nationally ( including Winterlights) and currently chairs and judges for the BC Communities in Bloom organization. She is a landscape architect and works for the City of Burnaby as a Parks Planning and Development manager.

CHRISTINE GOOCH – North Vancouver

Christine has worked as a Trades Horticulturist for the past 19 years, is a Certified Arborist and Certified Residential Landscape Technician. She is a strong believer in community volunteerism and is/has been involved with numerous non-profit clubs and societies.
