Mayor Pat Hampson presented with a plaque to thank donors who helped fund a Memorial Rose Garden in front of Town Hall in 1999-2000. The presentation made by Communities in Bloom co-chair Betty Lou Trimmer Bahnsen. Also given to the town for safe keeping was a book prepared by Carolyn Madge of all the donors. The plaque will be erected in the near future.
