The landscaping and bench project featured in ODN yesterday was a four way affair
with finances provided by: the Town (from the $25,000 put aside for CiB projects), a Memorial Bench Donor (bench, installation and plaque thereon), a contribution by the Sikh community ($1100 given last year to CiB with an agreement to use it this year towards this purpose) and the 2011 Oliver Communities in Bloom-Bloomin’ Sale.

There will be a plaque placed at the site along with three (3) other sites commemorating the year , the participants and in the case of the one in the Memorial Rose Garden in front of the Town Office other pertinent details.

It is anticipated that all Communities in Bloom Projects will be completed prior to JULY 18/11 as THE JUDGES ARE COMING !!
