Candidate Nomination Forum (New Democrats) happening in Oliver this coming

Thursday, June 23rd.
The Forum is being held at the Elks’ Hall in Oliver …. and will begin at 7 p.m.

 (Doors open at 6:30).
Two people have put their names forward to say that they are seeking the opportunity to be nominated as the NDP candidate in the next provincial election.
As you know, the two candidates are both from Oliver …. they are Marji Basso and Rhonda Bruce.

The media is invited to report about what is done and said during this event. This is an opportunity for NDP members to hear what the nominees have to say about their political positions, reasons for letting their names stand, etc. It is also an opportunity for NDP members to ask questions of the nominee candidates. Media questions “in writing” can also be asked by the moderator and by members.
