A demolition permit has been issued to the owners of the Cooper Building on Main Street, Oliver. Grant Beauclair Construction has a few days to remove windows, any useful material and one morning in the near future – the whole structure will be brought down and removed. This will make way for a larger lot being created after the fire and demolition of the Mesa (Oliver Hotel) last summer.
