Owner Ken Nelmes (seen above) has property on Jasmine Avenue. He was ordered to remove a 5.5 metre high retaining wall that was encroaching on a road allowance. Talked to Ken last night and he is looking forward to Town of Osoyoos doing the roadwork in the neighbourhood as promised. Quite the project if you have seen all the work start to finish.
